ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Service for Property Issues that that after Baku, the largest state registration of mortgages in the field of property issues is under the jurisdiction of the State Service State Cadastre & Real Estate Register, which is responsible for Absheron #4 (10,894 contracts), Sumgait #2 (4,613 contracts), Khachmaz #5 (3,878 contracts) and Ganja #3 (3,871 contracts). It can also be considered as one of the indicators of economic activity in these regions.
