February 12, Fineko/abc.az. Total investments in fixed assets in the development of the Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur economic regions of Azerbaijan in 2023 amounted to 6.39 bn manats (about $3.8 bn).

ABC.AZ reports that the indicator is 55.7% higher than in 2022.

Investments in the Karabakh economic region totaled 2.438 billion (12% of all investments in fixed assets in Azerbaijan in 2023), including 2.36 billion for construction and installation work.

At that, capital investments in the Karabakh Economic Region in 2023 grew by 29.2% versus 2022, and in construction & installation works by 27.8%.
