February 13, Fineko/abc.az. On February 12, 2024, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the shares of Kredit Evi OJSC were included in the conditional listing in the BSE standard market segment.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the BSE, Kredit Evi OJSC, in accordance with the requirements of Paragraph 4.5 "Rules for Listing, Storing, Delisting and Organizing Trade" on the BSE, undertakes to increase its authorized capital to at least 200,000 manats over the next 6 months.

The placement of these shares will be carried out by subscription on the BSE. The placement date will be announced to investors on the BSE website at least 2 business days before the start of the placement.

The placement underwriter is Assist Finance I.Ş.

The number of ordinary undocumented shares is 20,000, the nominal value of each is 20 manats.
