February 14, Fineko/abc.az. An appeal has been sent to companies involved in the import of medicines operating in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement of Health Ministry’s Analytical Expertise Center says:

"According to the list of central executive authorities issuing special permits for the circulation of items that may belong to certain participants in civil turnover and are in circulation on the basis of a special permit (with limited civil turnover), approved by presidential decree from September 12, 2005 #292, potent or poisonous substances not relating to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, they can be used for manufacturing and or the turnover of equipment for its processing is allowed by special permission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Therefore, when importing potent or toxic substances, it is necessary to have a MIA special permit, among the documents that must be submitted to the MoH Analytical Expertise Center."
