February 19, Fineko/abc.az. The corporate income tax payments to the State Budget decreased in Azerbaijan last year.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that in 2023, the budget received 8.2 bn manats of income tax from legal entities (6% less than in 2022).

In 2022, the companies paid 8.5 bn manats of income taxes to the budget.

Of this amount, only 308.2 million manats were paid by Azerbaijani banks.

In 2023, income tax payments by individuals amounted to 1.659 bn mantas (13% higher than in 2022).
