February 21, Fineko/abc.az. On February 21, 2024, an auction was held on the Baku Stock Exchange for the placement of Central Bank notes with state registration number AZ2217024705 in the amount of 30 million manats with circulation period of 168 days.

ABC.AZ was informed at the BSE that during the auction, 8 investors submitted 8 bids with a price range of 96684.00 manats (7.35%) and 96968.1298 manats (6.70%). The total amount of applications at the nominal price was 42,700,000 manats.

According to the decision of the Central Bank, the cut-off price of the notes is determined at the level of 96928.654 (6.79%) manats, and the weighted average price is at 96937.7004 (6.77%) manats. It should be noted that at the last auction on February 14, the CBA recorded an average yield on these notes at 6.71%.
