February 21, Fineko/abc.az. The model to be created at the Turkish-Azerbaijani University will not repeat any model, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Minister of Science and Education Nijat Mammadli.

According to him, the university will provide high-quality education for both Azerbaijani and foreign students: "It is very important for us to train foreign students in Azerbaijani universities. As for the specialties, there will be more specialties in the coming years."

The minister's adviser also touched upon the issue of financing the university: "The Turkish side, together with Azerbaijan, will provide academic support. The Azerbaijani side will provide financial support, including administration."

Regarding the question of whether the training will be paid or at public expense, the adviser said that both forms may be provided in the future: "This will be announced soon".
