February 21, Fineko/abc.az. Last month, the housing market saw an increase in prices, ABC.AZ was informed at the Center for Economic and Social Development (CESD).

According to the monitoring conducted by the Center, although the demand for country houses decreased in January, the demand for private homes increased.

Private houses and land plots increased in price by 1.2% compared to the previous month. The demand for residential and non-residential premises remains stable.

The monthly increase in prices for apartments in residential buildings was observed by 0.7%. A monthly price increase of 1.1% was registered in non-residential premises. In the rental market, prices increased by 0.5%.
