ABC.AZ reports that restrictions are active from 11:00.

Applications for a mortgage loan are accepted in real time through the electronic mortgage & loan guarantee system, available on e-government portal (www.e-gov.az).

The acceptance of applications for ordinary mortgage loans began on February 2 and the process is currently ongoing.
