February 28, Fineko/abc.az. On the morning of February 28, Ruslan Panakhov, a serviceman of the Azerbaijani army, got lost in bad weather conditions while moving between official positions in Lachin district, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.

It is noted that operational search activities, which began immediately in order to find the serviceman, continue.
