February 29, Fineko/abc.az. Salaries of teachers at the Karabakh University will be above average, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Science & Education Minister Emin Amrullayev as saying this at a briefing.

He said that the salary at the Karabakh University should be several times higher than the average:

"Because only in this case we will be able to bring talented people there. As for vacancies, it will be an absolutely transparent process. One of our main goals is the return of education workers who have received education abroad to Azerbaijan, to Karabakh."
