February 29, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has amended the Regulation on the E-Notary Information System approved by the decision from October 12, 2001.

ABC.AZ. reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision.

Under the decision, from now on, at the request of a notary or an assistant to a special notary, authorized officials of the consulates of Azerbaijan and representatives of the head of the local executive authority of settlements that do not have notary offices, it will be possible to obtain information about the bank accounts and deposits of the deceased, as well as about property in bank custody, in the "electronic notary office".
