March 1, Fineko/abc.az. The premiums and payments on voluntary property insurance against fire and other risks have increased in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs that according to CBA’s report, in January 2024, the premiums on this type of insurance amounted to 7.54 million mantas (2.807 million manats, or 59.3% more versus January 2023 – 4.734 million manats) and compensation payments – 164,000 manats (95,000 manats or 2.4-fold more versus January 2023 - 69 manats). The loss rate was 2.2% for January 2024 and 1.5% for January 2023 (growth of 0.5%).
