March 5, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, authorized banks of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund gave a record number of mortgage loans – 5,600 (1.8% more than in 2022).

ABC.AZ informs that this is stated in Cabinet Ministers’ report on activity for 2023.

Last year, 3,900 ordinary and 1,700 preferential mortgage loans were given.
