March 5, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, 1,429 residential lease agreements with an obligation to sell were registered in Azerbaijan.

 

ABC.AZ informs that this is stated in Cabinet Ministers’ report for 2023.

According to the document, this is 14.7% less than in 2022. In order to purchase residential space through the rental mechanism with the obligation of sale, by January 1 of this year, more than 39,700 citizens opened a personal account in the e-mortgage & credit guarantee system, and 17,500 citizens confirmed their statements by submitting the relevant documents for concluding a lease agreement with the obligation to sell.
