March 19, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Feb 2024, Azerbaijan exported 2,914 tons of sugar for $2,140.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee that compared with Jan-Feb 2023, sugar exports dropped in value by $5,245, or 3.5-fold and in quantitative terms by 7,125 tons, or 3.4-fold.

In two months of 2023, the country exported 10,039 tons of sugar for $7,385 abroad.

For the past 2 months of 2024, the average price of one kg of exported sugar was $0.73 or 1.25 manats. In 2023, the price of one kg of exported sugar was $0.74 or 1.25 manats.
