April 1, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the establishment and operation of public law legal entity "Service for Restoration, Construction & Management in the city of Khankendi, Agderi and Khojaly districts".

ABC.AZ reports that according to the decree, the authorized capital of the Service is set at 500,000 manats and will be formed at the expense of the State Budget of Azerbaijan.

The purpose of the Service is to preserve and maintain the existing housing stock in the city of Khankendi, Agderi and Khojaly districts, the construction of new multi-apartment and individual residential buildings, landscaping, activities in the field of housing and communal services.

The current management of Service's activities is provided by the Supervisory Board, consisting of 5 people.
