This is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Criminal Procedure, submitted for discussion in Parliament.

ABC.AZ reports that according to MP Vugar Bayramov, in the old days, after the seizure of property, various means were used for its short-term sale. Unbeknownst to the citizen, the property was put up for sale at a price many times cheaper than its value.

After applying new decisions, such situations can be avoided. Conditions will also be created for the participation of the property owner in the sale process. But there will be exceptions.

The MP added that the bill passed in parliament is expected to come into force in the coming days.
