April 4, Fineko/abc.az. Samsung is expected to increase its profit almost 9-fold in the 1st quarter of this year compared with last year.

ABC.AZ reports that Samsung's operating profit rose to 5.7 trillion wons ($4.24 billion) in the 4th quarter of 2023, according to the average of 27 analysts at LSEG SmartEstimate.

If so, this profit would be Samsung's highest profit since the 3rd quarter of 2022.

The new profit compares with an operating profit of 640 billion wons in the 1st quarter of last year.
