April 5, Fineko/abc.az. Azercosmos has presented to the public the digital climate platform it has developed on the impact of global climate change on Azerbaijan. The platform was demonstrated at the conference devoted to the Year of Solidarity for Green World.

ABC.AZ reports that within the conference, along with the digital climate report, Azercosmos announced the adoption of its document Green Policy.

Thus, Azercosmos, which joined the UN Global Agreement initiatives last year, strives to minimize the environmental impact in its operations during the development, launch, operation of spacecraft in orbit and management of space objects.

The conference continued with active discussions on the dynamic use of satellite imagery.
