April 9, Fineko/abc.az. Industrial enterprises and individual entrepreneurs working in this field produced industrial output for 15.7 billion manats for Jan-Mar 2024.

ABC.AZ reports that in the manufacturing sector, the production of metallurgical industry output is 49.7%, furniture production - 39.0%, leather and leather goods, footwear production - 37.3%, construction materials production - 34.4%, production of rubber and plastic mass products - 26.2%, beverage production - 24.5%, clothing production - 21.1 electrical equipment production 16.8%, chemical industry production 16.7%, tobacco production 15.6%, textile production 9.0%, computers, electronic and optical products increased by 7.9%, production of petroleum products by 5.4%, production of paper and cardboard by 2.0%, installation & repair of machinery and equipment by 1.3%, production of pharmaceuticals by 0.9%;

production of finished metal output decreased by 0.1%, production of cars, trailers and semi-trailers by 0.4%, production of food products by 2.6%, printing products by 4.0%, production of machinery and equipment by 19.5%, woodworking and wood products by 16.3%, production of other vehicles by 45.1%, production of other industrial products by 46.9%.

In the sector of production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and steam, production volumes decreased by 5.2%, while in the sector of water supply, waste treatment and recycling - increased by 6.6%.
