April 15, Fineko/abc.az. Some citizens buy land by proxy and build houses without taking into account future risks.

ABC.AZ reports that property expert Elnur Farzaliyev urged buyers who make transactions by proxy to be careful.

He noted that this document in no case can confirm the transfer of the land plot to the buyer's ownership.

The expert says that in the future there may be serious problems with a piece of land sold by proxy.

According to Farzaliyev, the order did not establish a second purchase and sale mechanism so that a citizen could go and transfer the order to another person.

When such land plots are privatized, they are privatized in the name of the first owner.
