Statistics Committee: Incomes in Azerbaijan increased by 4.5%, and prices by 0.4%

April 15, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Mar 2024, Azerbaijani population’s nominal income totaled 19.408 bn manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the figure is 5% more against Jan-Mar 2023.

Over Jan-Mar, the nominal per capita income in the country increased by 4.5% and reached 1,905 manats.

As of March 01, 2024, the population was 10.187 million people.

In March 2024, the consumer price index increased by 0.4% compared to March 2023, including 1.1% for food, beverages and tobacco products, 1.1% for non-food products, 2.2% for paid services rendered to the population.
