April 17, Fineko/abc.az. Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaycan CJSC completed the first quarter of 2024 with net profit of 2.5 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports that the bank finished the 1st quarter of 2024 with net profit of 2.5 million manats.

Compared with Q1 of 2023, interest income for Jan-Mar 2024 increased by 28% up to 11 million manats and non-interest income by 28% up to 5 million manats.

In general, net interest income totaled 10 million mantas (a rise of 25% against Jan-Mar 2023).

In the first quarter of this year, YKB loan portfolio amounted to 298 million manats.

Thus, consumer loans increased by 4% up to 71 million manats, business loans - 187 million manats. And real estate loans increased by 16% and amounted to 40 million manats.
