April 18, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank fined an official of investment company PSG-Kapital OJSC.

ABC.AZ reports that in connection with the late execution of the order on mandatory compliance with the requirements of legislation on countering the legalization of property acquired by criminal means and the financing of terrorism as part of a comprehensive audit conducted by the regulator, an official of PSG-Kapital was fined in the amount of 1,000 manats in accordance with Article 548.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

PSG-Kapital was established in 2012. Its authorized capital is 6.25 million manats. The 100% shareholder of the investment company is Faig Mammadov (founder of 12.5% of non-bank credit organization PSG Finans LLC).
