April 19, Fineko/abc.az. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan recently arrived by helicopter in the village of Voskepar (Askipara) in Tavush region, bordering Azerbaijan, ABC.AZ reports, referring to Armenian channel Telegram.

The fact is that if Pashinyan had entered this area by car, he would have had to drive along Ijevan-Noyemberyan road. And a small part of this road passes through one of the villages, which should be returned to Azerbaijan. Thus, it became clear that the Armenian PM took this step in order not to violate the laws of Azerbaijan.
