April 22, Fineko/abc.az. The hotel industry in Azerbaijan is showing impressive growth.

ABC.AZ reports that chairman of board of the Association of Hotels of Azerbaijan Eldar Alimuradov said this during panel discussions during the 1st meeting of higher educational institutions specializing in tourism education within the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization.

"The hotel industry in Azerbaijan has shown impressive growth over the past 10 years. The country's hotels are actively working to raise standards, introduce the latest specifications and classifications. These measures contribute to integration of Azerbaijani hospitality into the system of international standards. Baku stands out against this background for its commitment to excellence, presenting modern and high-quality services in the hospitality industry," he stressed.
