April 23, Fineko/abc.az. We cannot sit and wait while France, India and Greece arm Armenia against us.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said about this on April 23 during his speech at international forum "COP29 and Green Vision for Azerbaijan" organized at ADA University.

Stressing that these countries do this openly, the head of state noted:

"They do it openly and demonstratively and even try to prove something to us in this way. We can't just sit back. We’ve clearly conveyed this position to the Armenian government and the parties that are trying to take care of Armenia today. If we see a serious threat to ourselves, we’ll have to take serious measures."
