ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said about this, when speaking on April 26 in Berlin at the high-level segment of the 15th Petersberg Climate Dialogue.

Recalling that Azerbaijan has signed declarations on strategic partnership with nine members of the EU, President Aliyev said: "I hope these international ties will allow us to strengthen solidarity. There is a great need for this. Finances, solidarity and joint responsibility are required of us."
