ABC.AZ reports that currently the price per kilogram of potatoes in Tovuz ranges from 30 gapiks to 2 manats. Sellers usually report a decrease in demand for potatoes due to the season.

Farmers from Jalilabad are also unhappy with prices, saying that yields are low.

At the first stage, farmers started harvesting potatoes grown in greenhouse conditions. Farmers say that yields are very low, although this year's season has been favorable.

Farm owners say that for several years there has been a sharp increase in prices for seed potatoes and mineral fertilizers, so the cost of potatoes has increased.
