May 1, Fineko/abc.az. One of the factors of peace, stability and solidarity in Azerbaijani society is precisely cultural diversity and mutual respect.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said about this in his speech at the opening ceremony of the VI World Intercultural Dialogue Forum "Dialogue for Peace & Global Security", which began work on May 1 in Baku.

"The intercultural dialogue in Azerbaijan has always been very positive," the head of state noted, stressing that we demonstrate this in our daily lives.

The country’s leader said that multiculturalism is not an abstract concept for Azerbaijani citizens, but a way of life.
