May 3, Fineko/abc.az. According to the master plan, the city of Kalbajar will include the existing territory of the settlement and the nearby village of Boyagli.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the Kalbajar City Master Plan until 2040.

The main street, starting from the main entrance to the city in a northeasterly direction, forms the basis of the planning structure.

The industrial and industrial zone of the city is provided at the starting point of the street, the city center is in the middle, and tourism and social services facilities are in the end.
