May 6, Fineko/abc.az. A protocol on an administrative offense contrary to political, social and labor rights has been drawn up at Carlsberg Azerbaijan LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that the protocol was drawn up under Article 198.3 (violation of labor protection rules) of the Administrative Offences Code.

Under Article 198.3 of the Code, the acts envisaged in Article 198.2 of this Code entail minor serious harm to the health of the victim, and are punishable by a fine of 1,500-2,000 manats.

The case is pending before Judge Vagif Hasanov in the Absheron District Court.
