May 7, Fineko/abc.az. Manufacturers of tobacco products without registration will be fined up to 12,000 manats.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the draft amendments to the Administrative Offences, discussed in the 1st reading at today's Milli Majlis meeting.

According to the amendments, in accordance with the Law on Tobacco & Tobacco Products, officials will be fined from 5,000 up to 7,000 manats for production of tobacco products without registration, and legal entities - from 10,000 up to 12,000 manats.

The draft amendments were adopted in the 1st reading after discussions.
