May 15, Fineko/abc.az. By the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange, PASHA Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. bonds for totally $25 million were included in the listing in the premium segment of the market.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that in the period from May 15 to May 29, 2024, a subscription to PASHA Yatırım Bankası A.Ş bonds will be held. The bond placement will take place on May 30, 2024.

The number of unsecured non-documentary bonds with interest rate is 25,000, nominal value of each is $1,000, annual interest rate is 6.19%, the maturity is 18 months, the maturity of coupon interest is every 3 months.

The main underwriter on placement is investment company PASHA Capital CJSC, other underwriters are ABB-Invest CJSC and Unicapital OJSC.
