Tik Tok becomes the most expensive brand in China

May 17, Fineko/abc.az. Tik Tok became the most expensive brand in China, overtaking Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), ABC.AZ informs, referring to the annual report of Brand Finance China 500.

The value of social network brand TikTok/Douyin grew by 28% (up to $84.2 bn) during the year, while ICBC increased only by 3.3% (up to $71.8 bn).

Generating company State Grid Corporation of China came in 3rd place (+21%, up to $71.15 bn), pushing China Construction Bank to the 4th position (+4.7%, up to $60.4 bn). Agricultural Bank Of China remained on the 5th line (+4.7%, up to $60.4 bn).

Bank of China rose to 6th place from 8th (+6.6%, to $50.5 bn). Brand of strong alcohol drink Mountai retained the 7th position (+0.7%, up to $50.1 bn).
