May 20, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the release of Shahin Vagif oglu Bayramov from the post of rector of Mingachevir State University.

ABC.AZ reports that the text of the order is published on the website of the head of state.

By another presidential order, Shahin Bayramov was appointed rector of the Karabakh University.
