Change in military personnel's labor pension to be paid in amount of 70%

May 22, Fineko/abc.az. It is proposed to pay labor pension in the amount of 70% of the cost of the corresponding provision to the military personnel in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the proposed draft amendments to the Law on Labor Pensions". The new amendment suggests to pay labor pension in the amount of 70% of the cost of the relevant provision to the military personnel whose disability is established on other reasons. This change will affect 186 people, and the annual additional financial burden will amount to 112,000 manats.
