May 23, Fineko/abc.az. According to the researchers of specialized portal Altindex, in 2024 about 88 million people in the United States will use cryptocurrencies (to pay for goods and services, storage, investments, trade, transfers, etc.).

ABC.AZ reports that this is by 15 million more people than last year.

Altindex researchers expect that by 2028, the number of cryptocurrency users will exceed 100 million, which is one third of the US population.

According to Altindex, in addition to the U.S., the five countries with the largest number of cryptocurrency users include:

Russia (33 million people)

Japan (23 million)

Great Britain (20 million)

Germany (17 million)
