May 24, Fineko/abc.az. MFX-Trading Investment Company OJSC has changed its shareholder.

ABC.AZ reports that Samir Khalilov became the new shareholder. He acquired 100% of the shares.

Currently, company’s authorized is 1.11 million manats.

Until now, the shareholders of the investment company were individuals Anar Nabiyev (40%), Jamshid Novruzov (34%) and Zarifa Hasanova (26%), and the authorized capital totaled 550,000 manats.

MFX-Trading is a trading investment company. It was created in a structure close to Muganbank.

Some changes were made in company's management. In the 1st half of this month, by the decision of the shareholders’ general meeting, Idris Mammadov and Ahmed Mammadov were removed from the MFX-Trading Supervisory Board.

Only one appointment will be carried out instead of them. Tural Bayramov was elected a member of the Supervisory Board. Bayramov was the director of investment company Xalq Kapital until 2024.
