June 7, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan imported 2,102 tons of red grapes from abroad for $4.835 million for Jan-Mar 2024.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the indicator is by $1.759 million or 57.2% more in value terms and by 464 tons or 28.3% more in quantitative terms against Jan-Mar 2023.

Over Jan-Mar 2023, the country imported 1,638 tons of dried grain for $3.76 million.

The average export price of 1 kg of grapes for the first 3 months of 2024 reached 3.91 manats (0.72 manats or 22.5% more than a year earlier).
