June 12, Fineko/abc.az. High-speed passenger trains will now stop at Ujara and Laki.

ABC.AZ reports that Sanubar Nazarova, Head of the Public Relations Department of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, informed about this.

She added that four FLIRT trains delivered to Azerbaijan at the end of 2023 are already ready for operation.

"A trial trip has been organized today in the direction of Udar and Laki stations. Now about 200,000 people living in Ujara and Aghdash districts will be able to use high-speed passenger trains," Nazarova added.

She stressed that the trains have a dining car, as well as special places for people with disabilities, including bicycles.

"The trains are equipped with an innovative security system that allows passengers to travel comfortably and safely," Nazarova summed up.
