June 25, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan establishes the procedure for creating jobs in excess of the quota.

ABC.AZ reports that this issue was reflected in the draft amendments to the Law on Employment, discussed at today’s parliament meeting in the 3rd reading.

According to the new article, proposed to be supplemented by law, the procedure is established by a body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority.

The number of jobs in excess of the quota for each employer is determined in the amount of the quota established for the employer, but not more than 15 jobs.

Wages under an employment contract concluded at workplaces in excess of the quota with persons sent by a body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority for a period of at least 2 years are financed from unemployment insurance funds, taking into account article 26.6 of this law.

The amount of part of the salary for jobs in excess of the quota financed by unemployment insurance funds is established using interest rates approved by the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority, according to categories of persons with special needs for social protection and experiencing difficulties with employment, is established on the basis of an agreement between the employer and the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority, provided that, that it does not exceed the average monthly nominal salary in the country established for the previous year by the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority.
