July 3, Fineko/abc.az. The Rules for certification & qualification of forensic experts have changed.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a relevant decree.

Under the decree, the Ministry of Defense was granted new powers.

The Defense Ministry will also be represented in expert qualification commissions established to certify experts from forensic medical departments under its jurisdiction and assign them a degree of qualification.
