July 5, Fineko/abc.az. The fee for services related to the registration of immovable property is determined by the decision of the Tariff (Price) Council dated July 31, 2023 "On the regulation of tariffs for registration of immovable property, technical inventory and cadastral services".

ABC.AZ reports that according to the State Service for Property Issues, applicants can find out information about the cost of the service in e-form without visiting the place where the service is provided.

Thus, you can find out the cost of the service by going to the section "Obtaining information about the cost of the service on an application related to the registration of real estate" on the e-services portal (e-emlak.gov.az ) Public service. Citizens can get acquainted with the amount to be paid as a service fee by sending a message to the application number 9193.

It is also possible to pay the amount associated with the payment for the service electronically. To do this, the user can pay online by logging into the electronic service "Payment for registration of real estate" on the e-services portal (e-emlak.gov.az).
