July 15, Fineko/abc.az. As of June 1, 2024, the population of Azerbaijan reached 10,197,146 people.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that since the beginning of the year, the population of Azerbaijan has increased by 16,376 people or 0.2%.

According to the Committee, 54.5% of the population are urban and 45.5% are rural. Of them, 49.8% are men and 50.2% — women.
