Azerbaijani company reduces its authorized capital by 1.5 million manats

July 15, Fineko/abc.az. Elveem-Service LLC has announced a reduction in the authorized capital from 3,200,020 to 1,646,550 manats.

ABC.AZ informs that company's capital was cut by 1,553,470 manats.

Due to decrease in the authorized capital, creditors can submit their claims within a month at address: AZ1040, Baku city, Sabunchi district, B.Bunyadov Street, 1.

Elveem-Services LLC was registered in 2005. Its legal representative is Emil Magerramov.
