July 17, Fineko/abc.az. The mortgage loans for totally 230.2 million manats were given at the expense of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund.

ABC.AZ reports that 64.6 million manats accounted for concessional mortgage loans.

Since the beginning of the year, 1,710 citizens or families have improved their living conditions due to ordinary mortgage loans, and 821 due to preferential mortgage loans.

As of July 1, the average amount of a mortgage loan in 2024 totaled 91,000 manats.

In order to ensure access of the population with insufficient personal savings to mortgage loans with a lower down payment, as of July 1, 2024, the AMCGF guaranteed 967 mortgage loans for 81.5 million manats. As a whole, the mortgage loans for 3.1 billion manats have been given at the expense of the AMCGF, which improved the living conditions of 50,380 families. 67% of mortgage loan recipients are young people and young families.
