CBA issued perpetual licenses to Mpay and Paysis

July 18, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has issued perpetual licenses to Mpay CJSC and Paysis LLC to operate as electronic money organizations, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the CBA.

The licenses were issued in accordance with the Law on Payment Services & Payment Systems.
