July 18, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported 345 tons of tea for $3.1 million for the first 6 months of 2024.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee that country’s tea exports grew by $104,500 or 4% in value terms and by 10 tons or 3% in quantitative terms versus Jan-Jun 2023.

In 6 months of 2023, 335 tons of tea worth $3.18 million were exported from Azerbaijan.

The average export price of 1 kg of tea exported by Azerbaijan was 15.40 manats (in Jan-Jun 2023 - 15.33 manats).

In 2024, tea exports accounted for 0.02% of Azerbaijan's total exports, and about 0.20% of oil exports.
